Om Rally Chile
The roads are smooth and well-built but demand total precision. Visibility is often limited by fog and tree cover, and pace notes need to be dialled in perfectly – one missed call can send a car off into the undergrowth in a heartbeat.
Back for its fifth WRC edition in 2026, Chile has quickly built a reputation as a driver’s rally – rewarding those who can build confidence and carry speed through blind corners and flowing cambers.
The Rally Chile is a Chilean rally tävling baserad i Concepción och hålls under hela Biobío region av Chile. Det genomfördes först 2018 då det kördes som en kandidatevenemang som en del av ett försök att gå med i World Rally Championship kalender. Kandidatevenemanget bedömdes framgångsrikt och rallyt lades till 2019 kalender. Rallyt gjorde Chile till thirty-second country att vara värd för WRC sedan mästerskapet lanserades 2022 1973.
